Refund policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  1. We accept our customers to exchange the product within 10 days after receiving the product and return the product within 14 days after receiving the product.
  2. If you receive a product that is not the product you ordered, you can contact us with pictures by email.
  3. If the products are not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and the exchange is not due to our error, the customer must pay for return shipping, otherwise, we will bear the freight.

 

COMMON EXCEPTIONS

  1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged anymore.
  2. Returned or exchanged items must still have tags on and be returned in original packaging.
  3. All returned or exchanged items must be returned in original packages, including accessories and instructions.
  4. Returned or exchanged items must be in like-new condition with no visible signs of wear or use.
  5. Returned or exchanged items will not be accepted on all custom-made/special orders.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  1. Damages caused by customers
  2. Normal wear and tear
  3. Inappropriate care
  4. Damage to color and material due to sunlight exposure
  5. After-market modifications

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN STEPS

We have carefully inspected the products and packaging before they leave our warehouse. We are very sorry if the product is defective.

Please make your claim by emailing us at: tobsport@outlook.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase. Please include photos that demonstrate the poor quality or damaged area of the item. The best pictures are on a flat surface with errors clearly shown.

 

REFUND POLICY

  1. If you feel that the product you have purchased is not what you initially thought it would be, then you have the option to request a refund, in this case, you will need to pay the return freight.
  2. If our product is defective, you can request a refund and the freight will be covered by us.
  3. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service first.
  4. We will refund you as soon as possible when we receive the items from you and check. Please note that the refund can take 5-7 business days until the it reaches your account, the money will be refund through the orignal payment method.
